Earlier in 2012, Jon led the Plymouth Leander swimming programme to their fourth England & Wales Club Champions title - and that's four such victories in the last five years. In winning the National Arena League Cup Final this year, Plymouth Leander and Jon's swimmers cemented their position as England's premier swimming programme. Three of Jon's athletes have already been confirmed by their home countries as Olympians for London 2012 and more are in the pipeline leading up to the June deadline. In recent times, Jon's swimmers have won medals at the Commonwealth Games, The European Championships, the European Youth Olympic Festival, the World Youth Olympics, the Commonwealth Youth Games and the World Schools Games - with finalists at the World Short Course, European Long Course and European Short Course Championships year on year. The number of British and English National Records set by Jon's swimmers now exceeds 100 and athletes from over 20 countries around the world have travelled to Plymouth in recent years to be coached by Jon and his team of highly successful coaches.
